AgoraPulse’s publishing calendar lets you schedule and queue evergreen content on different posting dates. But with eClincher’s content calendar, you can schedule content to appear several times a day, week, or month. eClincher has more scheduling options, like the Instagram feed scheduler and visual calendars, to help you plan and auto-publish content.

• The publishing calendar helps you fix posting dates on your favorite social profiles. So, you can schedule posts, stories, reels, carousels, videos, and shorts. 

• I also loved that I could schedule a first comment with Facebook and LinkedIn posts to boost engagement.

eClincher scheduling features

• The visual calendar helps you schedule posts for later. It gives a view of all your scheduled content in one place, allowing you to adjust the posting times or profiles. Also, the filter feature lets you enable or disable specific posts appearing in the visual calendar.

• Auto Post with Queues allows auto-publishing on your favorite social platform. But it’s only available for Premier and Agency users.

• Auto Post with RSS lets you auto-publish posts to all social platforms with RSS feeds. eClincher detects and automatically publishes new posts from trusted sources. However, it only publishes the content once and is available on top-tier plans.

• Instagram feed scheduler lets you schedule stories, reels, and carousels for your IG profile. You just drag and drop images to the phone icon to schedule.

It also lets you optimize your content using hashtags, location, and language targeting. Plus, you can create graphics directly from Canva, minimizing app-hopping. I also liked that I could preview my posts as they appear on the social profiles without leaving the composer. 

• The writing assistant is an AI-powered feature that suggests content. You only have to input the initial draft, and the writing assistant will enhance the tone and format to your liking.

• AgoraPulse media library stores assets (images, videos, and drafts) uploaded from your computer or designed on Canva. So you can add saved media from the library when creating a post.

eClincher content planning/creation features

• Publisher helps you plan and publish posts (immediately or later) on all your socials. I didn’t like that I could only preview my post after creating it by clicking the ‘Preview’ button. But I liked that I could customize each post for every social profile. For instance, I could add tags, companies, or profiles, depending on the social account. Plus, I could create custom images via Canva or videos using Wave and shorten URLs.

• The publisher also lets you drag and drop or upload posts from other sources instead of creating content from scratch.

• The Content Library stores saved digital assets like images, videos, text, and GIFs. You can easily access these stored items when optimizing your posts.

• The Media Library lets you upload and retain images and videos. You can also edit your media by resizing or changing styles. Plus, this library has a repository of stock images.

• The Creative AI helps you choose the tone to use in your posts. Also, the Image AI generates appealing images that you can attach to your posts.

eClincher beats AgoraPulse in content planning and creation since it offers more advanced features like Suggested Content and Auto Post with Queues and RSS.

• Automation rules – help you collaborate with your team in responding to audience engagements. You only have to input some ‘rules’ to automate responses.

Although both tools have fantastic engagement features, AgoraPulse’s social inbox was easy to use. I monitored interactions from my social profiles and sent replies accordingly. I found eClincher’s inbox a bit confusing, even though it had more features than AgoraPulse.

Although both tools have clean dashboards, AgoraPulse is easier to use than eClincher. However, eClincher is more robust with a wider range of advanced features.

AgoraPulse is easy to use even for beginners. I set up my account in a few minutes, thanks to the simple onboarding process.

I also loved AgoraPulse’s sleek, intuitive design. The dashboard is clean and straightforward. I found it incredibly easy to use the content calendar to schedule and view my posts. The infographics, color-coded sections, and well-organized pages improved my experience. 

Plus, I could access my AgoraPulse account anytime, anywhere using the mobile app.

eClincher ease of use

eClincher has a user-friendly interface. But its learning curve is a bit steep. I took a longer time to set up my account with eClincher than AgoraPulse.

eClincher’s dashboard is clean. However, the design isn’t as colorful and intuitive as AgoraPulse’s. Also, you’ll have to ‘dig deeper’ into your dashboard to find some unique features.

AgoraPulse is more user-friendly than eClincher. It’s pretty easy to set up and use the tool even if you’re a newbie.

I didn’t have any issues that required customer support from the AgoraPulse team. But I loved the demo video that helped me during the onboarding process. Plus, I’ve received several follow-up emails from AgoraPulse assuring me of their support.
